Welcome to Driven Quality Services LLC ("Driven Quality", "we", "us", "our"). We provide painting, drywall, cleaning, renovation and related home services for our clients ("you", "your"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Disclaimers. Please read them, and contact us if anything is unclear before work begins.
1. Our services
We provide painting, drywall, cleaning, renovation, decks, maintenance, junk removal, hauling and related services. The specific scope of work, timeline and price are agreed with you in a written estimate before we begin. Estimates are based on the information and site conditions known at the time; if the scope changes or hidden conditions are discovered, we'll discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.
2. Estimates & payment
Estimates are free and provided with no obligation. Payment terms, deposits and schedules are set out in your estimate or agreement and are due as agreed. Prices shown or discussed are starting points and may vary with the size and complexity of the work.
3. Scheduling
We do our best to keep to agreed dates, but timelines can be affected by weather, material availability, access to the property, and the pace of any related trades. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
4. Your property & access
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work areas. Please secure or remove valuables and fragile items from the work area beforehand. We take care to protect your space, but we recommend clearing the area where practical.
5. Materials & workmanship
We use suitable materials and workmanlike methods for each job. Where you supply materials or specify particular products, we are not responsible for defects in those items. Color, sheen and finish can vary slightly due to lighting, surface condition and material batches.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
We take great care with your project, but to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues arising from the age or prior condition of the property.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, income or business.
- Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Photos of our work
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website and social media. If you'd prefer we not use photos of your project, just let us know in writing and we'll respect that.
8. Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Any deposit and cancellation terms are as set out in your estimate or agreement.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you engage a service applies to that service.
